UV is very proud to offer a unique 6 week flexibility course to assist students with problem areas and mobility!
There is a lot to expect from this workshop. Every week we will do a solid warm-up, run through a complete all-over body stretch, end with measurements and completion of your stretchy worksheet, and cool down so you continue on with the rest of your day!
What you will receive from this workshop:
-a dedicated and skilled problem solving instructor who will take time to explain techniques and movement.
-a worksheet to track your progress and fill out "homework" exercises to work on outside of the workshop
-a full, all-over body stretch after a complete warm-up to target problem areas and difficult positions
-increased mobility and agility of joints, relaxation and lengthening of major, large muscle groups, and a newfound love for stretching and working through your problem areas!
We will use different stretching methods, tools (including yoga blocks, massage balls and rollers, yoga mats), and mobility training to work on improving your splits and back flexibility.
We recommend living a healthy lifestyle during the workshop (and always!). Ensure you are drinking enough water, eating whole, clean foods including a viable source of protein, and are getting ample amounts of sleep.
