Welcome to the foundations of your pole journey! This 3 hour workshop will guide you through careful steps to preventing and rehab-ing common injuries and weaknesses you may have come across thus far. Perfect for newbies and advanced pole dancers alike who have weaknesses in the foundational moves of pole fitness! 

Foundations covered:

  • Push-pull grip

  • Core engagement (especially lower core!)

  • Glutes and hamstring engagement

  • Basic and advanced invert 

  • Shoulder stabilization

  • Posture

  • Ayesha for our advanced pole dancers
